Returns

We do not accept returns of goods other than for defective or damaged goods upon receipt, or for having been shipped the wrong item(s).

Issues should be reported as soon as possible, and no later than seven (7) days upon reception of the goods via email at info@miskeoparfums.com. 

Refunds will be issued via original payment method within fourteen (14) days of us receiving the defect or damaged goods. PayPal refunds may take up to thirty days and are subject to PayPal refund regulations. Replacement depends on stock availability, therefore we reserve the right to provide a suitable alternative if the item of choice is unavailable.

We strongly advise all customers to check items thoroughly upon receipt. 

We don’t accept returns of Gift cards.

 

Right of withdrawal

You have the right, within fourteen (14) days and without giving any reason to revoke your purchase (contract). The withdrawal period is fourteen (14) days from the day you or a third party authorized by you, other than the carrier, take possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must contact us in writing (at info@miskeoparfums.com or by letter) of your decision to withdraw from this purchase (contract).

In order to observe the revocation period it is sufficient that you communicate in writing that you will be exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal deadline expires.

 

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, all payments that we have received, including the cost of delivery (except for the additional costs that result from a delivery method you have chosen that does not comply with our cheaper standard shipping) will be paid without delay and no later than fourteen (14) days from the date on which the notice of your cancellation of this contract was received and we receive adequate proof that you have returned the items. 

For this repayment, we use the same means of payment that you used for the initial transaction, unless you have explicitly and otherwise made an agreement with us. In no event will repayment charges be calculated.

You bear the costs and responsibilities of shipping the goods back to us.

You have to promptly return the goods, and in any event not later than fourteen (14) days from the date on which you notify us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen days period.

You only need to pay for any diminished value of the goods when such a loss of value in nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods has been caused through you.

Goods must be returned intact and unopened in their original packaging with all the parts included. If you do not return all parts of your order, you will be reimbursed for the items you sent back plus a proportional delivery cost, considering however many items were returned.

 

Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for goods that are clearly tailored to the consumer or for opened goods.
